Warranty
We have a professional customer service team, 12V 6AH, 12V 8AH, 12V 12AH, 12V 18AH, 12V 30AH, 2 years warranty.12V 100AH, 24V 50AH, 24V 80AH, 5 years warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of shipment,and free lifelong technical support. We are confident about our product quality since it has been strictly tested before shipping.
We must ascertain whether the product has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship or misuse/neglect.
Any and all damage caused by depletion of consumable parts, abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, water damage, or any other issue not caused by defects in materials and workmanship is not covered under the warranty.
We provide warranty for the poor performance of products when used correctly following the product manual instructions.
The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).
Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.
Procedures for Warranty Claims
Returns
We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
If the product is defective due to quality issues rather than your damage or misuse, we can accept returns, provide free repair services or replace it with new products. If so, you will be protected and can be returned to us.
If you don't like it or you need to return the product for other reasons, we also allow the return of the product. The process is outlined below.
Before returning.
1. Contact customer service and provide order information and a brief description of the return. We will send you a printable receipt with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your return order.
2. Print the return form and put it in your package together with the product you want to return, and pack the product properly. The product must be placed in the packaging we originally sent.
The product must be undamaged (not applicable to defective products), damage to the product will invalidate the refund.
3. Send the item back to us through the local post office. If you need to deal with the returned package urgently, please contact our customer service and provide the waybill number of the returned package.
4. We will process your return within 7 working days after receiving the package.
Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without prior notice. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refund will be given for packages returned without a return address authorized by the customer service representative. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) services for returned packages. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us in advance, and our service specialist will contact you to formulate a solution.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the credit limit to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Note: Due to the new policy released by Paypal and Shopify Payments, for orders that have not been shipped, if you would like to cancel your purchase, the handling fee is 5% of the total amount of the order.
Return Shipping Cost
For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by RoyPow. For the return and exchange caused by the customer, the round-trip freight will be borne by the customer. The customer can only be charged one shipping fee (including returns); no handling fee will be charged to the consumer for returning the product.
Delayed or Lost Refund
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. then contact your payment company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us at service@roypowcell.com
General Conditions for Warranty Claims
This warranty extends only to the original Purchaser. If gifted or resold the customer must go through the original Purchaser to claim a warranty. Original order information is needed to claim the warranty.
Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated placeat the specified time.
Batteries that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced battery(-ies) will abide by the original warranty period issued when first purchased.
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from incorrect handling, product modifications, installation, or deliberate damage. It is also not covered by the warranty if the consumer fails to install, use and maintain the product correctly following the requirements of the instruction manual, which causes serious quality problems in the product.
Exclusions and Limitations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RoyPow OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RoyPow OR ITS AFFILIATE OR SUPPLIER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither RoyPow nor its suppliers will be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by or otherwise attached to the Product. The total cumulative liability to the Purchaser, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by the Purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
